OMG Creation Designs LLC

By placing an order with OMG Creation Designs LLC, customers acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Payment Requirements

All custom and personalized orders require 100% payment upfront before design work, purchasing order-specific materials, or production begins. Orders will not enter production until payment has been received.

2. Customization Requests

Customers must provide accurate personalization details, including names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, and design preferences.

Custom requests may require a separate quote. Prices may vary based on materials, design complexity, quantity, and requested turnaround time.

3. Design Proofs and Approval

When a digital design proof is provided, the customer must carefully review and approve it before production.

Approval confirms acceptance of the design details. Changes requested after approval may require additional payment or may not be possible.

OMG Creation Designs LLC is responsible for correcting errors made by our business, consistent with applicable law.

4. Production and Turnaround Times

Production estimates will be communicated before the order is finalized. These estimates may vary based on order complexity, material availability, and current workload.

Rush orders are subject to availability and may require an additional fee.

Any shipping delays, cancellations, and refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection requirements.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Custom and personalized orders are subject to our posted Returns and Refunds Policy.

Customers may request cancellation before custom work begins. Once work begins, cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the work completed, disclosed order terms, and applicable law.

6. Customer-Supplied Artwork and Images

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right or permission to use artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, and other materials submitted for customization.

OMG Creation Designs LLC reserves the right to decline requests involving unauthorized or prohibited content.

7. Handmade Product Variations

Minor variations in placement, color appearance, and finished product dimensions may occur due to materials, production methods, and differences between digital screens and physical products.

These variations do not excuse defective workmanship or products that materially differ from the agreed specifications.

8. Customer Communication

Customers agree to respond to requests for missing information or design approval in a timely manner.

Production may be delayed until all required information and approvals are received.
