Returns, Refunds & Custom Order Policy

OMG Creation Designs LLC

At OMG Creation Designs LLC, every custom creation is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are personalized specifically for each customer, the following policies apply.

Payment Requirements

Full payment (100%) is required before custom design work, material purchasing specifically for the order, or production begins. Orders will not enter production until payment has been received and any required design approval has been completed.

Custom & Personalized Products

All custom and personalized orders are generally final once design work or production has begun.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for changes of mind, incorrect customer-provided information, or customer-selected sizes, colors, or designs after production has begun, except where required by law.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before custom work or production begins.

If cancellation is requested before work begins, a full refund will be issued.

Once design work has begun, any refund will be determined based on work completed and costs incurred, consistent with applicable law and the terms disclosed at checkout.

Once physical customization or production has begun, cancellation is generally unavailable.

Design Approval

When a design proof is provided, customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, dates, colors, layout, and other personalized details.

Approval authorizes production. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or may not be possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
