1. Processing and Production Times

Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, production times vary depending on the item, design complexity, material availability, and current order volume.

• Estimated production timelines will be provided before customers finalize their purchases.
• Custom-order production begins after full payment has been received and any required design proof has been approved.
• Production times do not include shipping transit times.
• Business days exclude weekends and recognized holidays.

If an unexpected delay occurs, customers will be notified and provided with any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

2. Shipping

We offer shipping to eligible destinations within the United States.

• Shipping costs are calculated or disclosed during checkout.
• Shipping time depends on the selected shipping service and destination.
• Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when tracking is available.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless an expressly guaranteed service has been arranged.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

3. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers who prefer to collect their completed orders.

• Rush fees and estimated completion dates will be communicated in advance.
• Rush orders require full payment before production.
• A rush request does not guarantee availability or a specific completion date until confirmed by OMG Creation Designs LLC.

Customers needing an item for a specific event should contact us before ordering.

5. Custom and Personalized Orders

All custom and personalized orders require 100% payment upfront.

Production will not begin until payment has been received and all required personalization details and design approvals have been provided.

Delays in receiving customer information or approvals may affect the estimated completion date.

6. Shipping Delays and Lost Packages

Once an order ships, carrier delays may occur due to weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances.

If a package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist with reviewing the issue and coordinating with the carrier where appropriate.

We will address shipping problems and provide any remedies required by applicable law.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved specifications, customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery with their order number and photographs.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, including correction, replacement, or refund where applicable.
